Region 16 uses an online process to request the use of schools and facilities. If you are interested in requesting the use of a Region 16 facility or athletic field, please register for an account with our facility use software, FMX

Once registered, you can login at https://region16ct.gofmx.com/  to make requests and see your requests.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL FACILITY REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF THE PROPOSED USE OF SCHOOL.

Beginning July 1, 2026, Region 16 will migrate over to OperationsHero from FMX. If you are interested in requesting the use of a Region 16 facility or athletic field, please register for an account with our new facility use software region16.rentmycampus.com.
