Region 16 School District has switched from FMX to OperationsHERO’s EventHQ software for managing our community events.

EventHQ is a cloud-based platform from OperationsHERO that offers many benefits, such as:

• An updated, modern, and easy to use interface for Requesters, Approvers, and Administrators.
• Better conflict checking from the very beginning of the request process.
• The approval process is more streamlined to be more efficient and effective through the use of    venues for selecting spaces for events.
• Know where you stand for the cost of your event when you submit it for approval.
• Better communication throughout the district from beginning to end.

To help you transition to EventHQ, we have included the following:

• The login link for you to easily access EventHQ to submit Community Usage Requests
