If your school would prefer to email the transcript and/or letter of recommendation, documents should be sent to [email protected]. Applicants should then attach a document listing the name and email of the person sending the documents in the applicable required fields below.
Note: Special education or disability status is not considered in admission decisions. However, in accordance with the law, Region 16 Schools reserves the right to pass on any substantial costs for services needed to meet the needs of a child with a disability. Accordingly, where applicable, please provide the following additional information so that we may advise you as to whether there will be additional charges using the Additional Supporting Documents upload buttons.
